My responsibility is to take care of the entertainment team’s performances during the whole season, in the way Hotel Employees improve themselves and feel good during their carrier period. For this the first point is the training. This will include the introduction to tourism, guest relation, relation with kids, sport activities and stage artistic abilities so that the entertainment team will have great performances on resort’s created environment. Maintaining the motivation of the team team by giving them support during their carrier with all possible availability so that they continue working with us and gain a improved experience in the future.

The target of an entertainment manager is to:

  • Maintain the quality level of creativity in activities, events and happenings
  • Relations with the holiday guests including kids.
  • To maintain good relations and work with the other departments of the Hotel.
  • To improve the quality of entertainment department in order to contribute to the Resort’s quality policy.
